I downloaded Windows 10 a few days ago to my wife's computer. After doing so the computer would only flicker and I could not click on the start button to get to my desktop. I went through a trouble shoot process and then a reset in an effort to get my wife's system to work. I was able to finally gain access to my desktop. When I got there I found that most of my wife's most important software had been removed. She lost Adobe Reader, Adobe Shockwave player 11.5, AMD system Monitor, AnswerWorks 5.0 English Runtime, Ask Toolbar, Ask Toolbar Updater, ATI Catalyst Install Manager, Bing Bar, Bio, Business Plan Pro 15th Anniversary Edition, CyberLink Power DVD, CyberLink YouCam, Energy Star Digital Logo, ESU for Microsoft Windows 7, Evernote v. 4.2.2, Google Chrome, Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer, HomeworkSimplified Toolbar, HP 3D DriveGuard, HP Connection Manager, HP Documentation, HP DVB-T TV Tuner 8.0.64.43, HP FWUpdateEDO2, HP Games, HP MovieStore, ... to be clear, all of my Microsoft software was lost, Java was lost...
I need to know how to go about getting all of this software back and how to restore my wife's computer to the point it was before installing Windows 10! PLEASE HELP!
